Greetings TMES Families,

GRIT! You all made it. Click here to review a tribute video from Dr. Escobedo. We appreciate our students, staff, and families of TMES. We look forward to seeing you next school year. At this time, the start date and details are not finalized for the upcoming 2020/2021 school year. As of Friday evening, a tentative start day of August 31, 2020, was released but is Pending CVESD Board Approval. The CVESD Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2020.  Possible changes to the tentative start date and calendar could occur at that time. Also, we encourage all families to complete the survey sent out by Dr. Escobedo in his most recent (Wednesday, May 27, 2020) newsletter. Specifically, one question directly relates to your input towards an educational instructional model for CVESD. To stay up to date, we encourage families to read their e-mail and visit the COVID-19 informational page on the CVESD.org website.

Are you looking for educational resources for your family over the summer? District resources, and student accounts to online programs, will continue to be available during the summer break on a self-service basis for all students and families.

Do you need a registration packet? Registration packets will be available for pick-up and drop-off outside the office door Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. beginning Monday, June 8, 2020. If your child(ren) will not be returning to Marshall please contact Liz Juhl at (619) 656-6252 or elizabeth.juhl@cvesd.org. Do you know a child within our TMES community who will turn five by September 1, 2020? It is time for kinder registration. Please spread the word. If you have a child and would like to participate in our incoming kindergarten survey, please click here Due to the COVID-19, our offices are closed and registration is happening online.  All students currently enrolled and returning to TMES do not have to fill out online enrollment for the next school year unless you have moved. Families that have moved out of the area, must complete and submit a transfer. Once a transfer is submitted, it must be approved first. Only new families/students that have not attended TMES during 2019/2020 must enroll online.

Our front office is closed to the public, but we are available by phone (619) 656-6252 Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call. The front office will be open for calls only until June 16, 2020.
