Important Reminders/Information:
Message from Mrs. Klugg: Please take a moment to thank Tamara for all of her hard work in the garden. “Hello, Thurgood Marshall Mustangs! This message comes to you from the Thurgood Marshall School Garden. Do you love to garden? Do you have a green thumb? Do you love to play in the dirt? Or, maybe you just want to get involved after being away from campus for so long? Now is your chance! Although most of you have not been on campus to see the newly rebuilt Thurgood Marshall School Garden, we are here to tell you that it is looking amazing! With summer just around the corner, we are looking for a few (2-4) parents who are interested in getting involved with the garden over the summer and through the next school year. If you are interested in helping in the garden 1-2 times a month with garden maintenance (minor weed pulling, watering, and planting), plant propagation, and helping to organize 1-2 fundraising events during the year for the garden, please contact Tamara Klugg at tdog1107@gmail.com. No experience is necessary or required, just a desire to get involved and a willingness to get your hands dirty! We look forward to hearing from you!!!”
