We hope that your family is having a great summer. Our official start date for the 2020/2021 school year will be August 31, 2020. Click here to access and download the 2020/2021 calendar. All CVESD schools will start online via Distance Learning (DL) with no classes occurring on campus. As we enter the new school year in Distance Learning, we want to make sure that your child has the technology that he/she needs to engage fully with their instruction. If your child needs a device or WiFi hotspot, please click and complete the appropriate request form below by Wednesday, August 12, 2020. Families are encouraged to complete a form for each child who is in need of a device. Please refrain from completing the form if your child does not need a device. If your family previously received a device during the 2019/2020 school year, do not complete this form. More details will be shared with our community soon regarding a device distribution date and time.
To stay up to date, we encourage families to read their e-mail and visit the COVID-19 informational page on the CVESD.org website. In addition, we have a new blog for TMES families. Visit http://www.thurgoodmarshallmustangs.org/ and click subscribe on the bottom of the page. After you sign-up, confirm your subscription via your e-mail. Information sent out via school messenger will be housed in “recent posts.”
Starting August 12, 2020, our front office staff will be available for phone calls and e-mails only. The hours of operation will be from Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Due to COVID-19, are front office will be closed to the public.
